We just saw Santa…in July!

Last week, we ventured out to Santa’s Village in the northwest suburbs and ended up having an absolute blast!  Santa’s Village is a small amusement park for children that are about pre-school aged to early grade school.  There are roller coasters for children and parents and smaller rides for just the little ones.  We thought that Colin might like it, but we were unsure what he might think of the faster roller coasters.  This summer, he’s turned into our little daredevil and he loved everything!  We rode almost all the rides – some of them twice.  Colin enjoyed being able to go on rides without us.  He also found it quite funny when we screamed during the roller coasters or tilt-a-whirl.  He wasn’t scared!  He’s ready to go back again for another visit.
